1st Call offer two main services, heating & plumbing and drainage, and both divisions had their own website with different brands. This was leading to customer confusion, missed opportunities as well as added work for the client to maintain the separate websites.
We updated the logo to focus on the ‘1st Call’ element with the other services shown using animation. Both websites were then consolidated into one new site with a home page designed to clearly direct users quickly to the service they require with strong call to actions and simple messages.
A bold colour palette was chosen to bring life to the brand and we created stylised icons to represent different parts of the business. These were brought to live with subtle animations.
An innovative online quotation system was included that gave an instant quotation based on a series of questions. This has lead to a significant increase on the number of qualified leads from the website and significantly improves user experience.
