Montane create innovative, lightweight, breathable clothing and equipment for endurance sports and activities in extreme environments. Since 2006 we have had the pleasure of supporting their global marketing team producing a huge variety of printed and digital communications that have helped to establish Montane as a benchmark for quality in the outdoor clothing sector.

A catalogue of success

Twice a year we create highly detailed digital and printed product brochures for trade sales use that also set the retail campaign direction for the season. Using a combination of product photos, CAD drawings and technical specifications alongside inspirational photography of the products in use, we ensure that Montane brand values of quality and technical expertise are visible throughout these 200+ page documents.

Showroom displays and videos are also created to support each seasonal sales launch.

Spreading the word

Long gone are the days of just an A4 advert! Modern marketing needs to share messages across multiple channels in both print and online. We always ensure core campaign elements remain visually consistent no matter where you see them, from the smallest Google advert to the largest high street shop window.

Having fun with the brand

It's always fun when we get asked to create graphics and illustrations for use on products, with graphic tees a particular favourite. All designers love the buzz of seeing their work out in the real world!

We usually start with a very loose brief, the only main consideration being to create something you would happily buy and wear yourself! Initial sketches and concepts are worked up digitally then refined to ensure they can be reproduced faithfully when printed onto fabric.

Standing out

Large trade-only exhibitions and industry events play an important dual role of brand building whilst showcasing new products and seasonal campaigns. To achieve the right balance we pay careful attention to the positioning of products, images and messages, and the impact they create.
